An Honest View: A Link Up in Pages In Our Heritage of Faith

This is going to be short and sweet. There's no time to dance around what I need to say. 


The Lord has been showing me myself, in all my sinful hideousness. 


Don't worry! That was the most Loving thing He could do. 


And I am so very grateful. 


He has shown me in the last several days how, because of the arrogance in my heart, I have chosen too many times to be impatient or sarcastic toward my loved ones over the years. Every single thing I say with my eyes, my body or my words is to be held up to the standard of Christ. By showing me how I have fallen short of His Will for me, He has brought me to the point of conviction, repentance and restoration to His Plan. 


Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faith, Gentleness and Self Control 


No unwholesome talk, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs so that it may benefit the listeners


His Loving Correction and Instruction stirs up in us a desire for more Holiness, more Righteousness, more of Him. He is to be praised!


His Faithfulness to His Purpose will NEVER waver. Everything He speaks to us will be toward that end.


May I seek His Refining Fire, allowing Him to temper and purify every thought, word and action so that He is Glorified. 


Could the timing for this have something to do with our preparations to host the Tabernacle? 


With Him, there are no coincidences.
