Screech Owl
It just so happens that Caleb, our oldest son, had asked to go to the David Crowder Fantastical Church Music Conference being held in Waco on the same weekend. So, we decided that Elizabeth, Rebekah and I would head to Waco with Caleb and explore our options for interesting adventures.
We just spent the morning at the Cameron Park Zoo and it was delightful. The weather was gorgeous, and the animals seemed to enjoy it as much as we did. May we introduce our newest furry, feathery, and slimy friends?
Mr. Meerkat
This HUGE lion was roaring at Rebekah through the glass!!!
LOOK AT THAT FACE! A face only a mother fruit bat could love!
Komodo Dragon (right), Elizabeth (left)--just to avoid any confusion.

And last of all, a really cool treehouse! Even for grown-ups!

I've enjoyed reading about your lovely family:) Your daughter's wedding story made me cry...especially the part where your husband gave his son-in-law your daughter's "heart". How incredibly sweet!
