So while Kregg and the boys work on merit badges, and Caleb and Mackenzy work and take care of everything at home, I take the girls fishing or swimming in the river. Since I only swim where I can see my toes, I have been sitting alongside doing something I have wanted to do for a long time: going through a photography class learning to use the manual settings on my camera. It's so much fun!!!!! So here are a few glimpses of our first day. I've only made it through a couple of lessons so far, but there's still time . . .

Supposedly, my new iphone was going to provide me internet service where none exists by tethering my phone to my computer. It didn't work. We have discovered, however, that the library in this tiny town offers free internet service, so I have drug the girls out of the river, away from the stink bait, so that I could simply check in for the briefest of moments.
They are chomping at the bit to get back to the river, so I must go. I am looking forward to catching up on all those wonderful blogs all of you are out there writing. See you soon! :)
