Christmas Pajamas on Parade

Last night was our annual Christmas Pajama Party at church. We host a big Harvest Party for the community every year and invite all that come to it back for this party in December. It's lots of fun to see what people show up wearing. 

Kregg and Rebekah were enjoying a dinner made up entirely of finger foods. Eating utensils seem entirely too formal when you are sitting around your church building in pajamas.

This is my dear friend, Melinda, alias: Mrs. Clause, alias: pastor's wife, alias: church office administrator. Isn't she adorable?!!!

This room had games. My personal favorite was the Penguin Bowling. Very cute!

Our friend, Kyle, was helping with the s'mores and hot chocolate station outside. He came into the kitchen to replenish the hot water supply and his glasses completely fogged over. And people wonder why I was washing dishes with my camera over my shoulder. You just never know when you need to take a picture!

This room was for cookie decorating. You should have seen the amount of icing some of the kids piled on their cookies. I'm sure those cookies had a weight limit on them somewhere that was excessively exceeded. Bet those kiddos haven't been to sleep yet!

This sweet man and his wife came in matching "breakfast" pajamas. Too cute! Definitely my favorites.

Of course, there was a photo opp with Santa and Mrs. Santa. Very cute!

Kregg, as he is transitioning between his two jobs this week, paused to check emails. His hat is so long, he had to wrap it around his neck to sit. Pretty cute! And, of course, Elizabeth (Daddy's Little Shadow) was keeping him company.


It was lots of fun, but we were so tired after it was over. Thankfully, there was no party tonight, so Kregg and I finally got out and bought our very first Christmas presents of the year. We're not behind at all! EEEEEKKKKK! What is today's date? Never mind, don't tell me!
